Families are sent a School Fee Invoice at the beginning of the year, and sent a School Fee Statement each term. These statements are to help families monitor their payments. We have a range of payment options available for families to choose the best for them. Please contact our bursar, Mrs Caroline Lanivia, if you have any questions about your school fees.
Emmaus Capital Levy and Building Fund
The introduction of the Capital Levy will bring necessary income to finance improvements to the Emmaus School Site. The main uses for the Capital Levy income will be an upgrade and maintenance of the existing Primary building and raising our reserves to support future building requirements in the Secondary area.
Families are still welcome to continue making a voluntary tax deductible Building Fund donation in addition to the required capital levy. Voluntary Building Fund donations will further enable Emmaus to develop excellent school facilities while providing you with a tax deduction.
Emmaus Parent Involvement Program (PIP)
Parent Involvement Program (PIP) is about active involvement of our parent body. Parent involvement from both an education and a relationship perspective is not only part of our great Emmaus culture; it also assists in being able to keep operating costs (and fees) down.
Families need to complete 25 hours, per family, per annum (10 hours per annum for Preschool families and 12 hours per parent for single parent families). Any hours contributed need to be updated on the PIP register (held at the front office). Any outstanding hours not in the register, after the closing date will be invoiced and payable by the end of the year.
